Daniel Najera Park, named for fallen Firefighter Daniel Najera of San Jacinto, is a 1.82 acre green spot located at 1462 Rojo Lane at Rojo Lane and Amarillo Way. 

The amenities at this park include a large grassy area, shady pavilion, park benches, children's playground, picnic benches, and two 1/2-court basketball pads.

The playground equipment is geared for 5 to 12 year olds.  There are 4 full size swings, and a play structure which features a premium slide, play decks, and lots of climbing activities.

 
Shade Pavilion

The shade pavilion is available on a first come, first served basis.  Pavilions are located at many of the City's parks.  The pavilion at the Daniel Najera Park covers two picnic benches and provides a perfect respite from the summer sun.

Grab your basketball and head on down to the Daniel Najera Park to shoot some hoops.  The two 1/2-court basketball pads are ideal for practicing your three-point shot.
