About the Building & Safety Division


The purpose of the Building and Safety Division is to ensure that all structures within the City of San Jacinto, both residential and commercial, conform with the current construction codes, City codes and health and safety standards.

The Division reviews and processes permit applications, plan check applications, calculations, and other related documents, and performs inspections of all construction projects within the City.



Permit Application Submittals 

All permits are processed online. You can apply, pay and print a permit, schedule inspections, upload documents, and more. Information about the status of your permit and any required documentation will also be available.  All permit applications must be processed through the new San Jacinto Connect Online portal.  Click below to submit your application today.
