CITY OF SAN JACINTO
CDBG APPLICATION CYCLE
1. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
You are hereby noticed that the County of Riverside Department of Housing and Workforce Solutions (HWS) has initiated the 2027-2028 Urban County CDBG Program for Cooperating Cities application cycle and issued its Notice of Funding Availability. The City of San Jacinto will receive applications in the office of the City Clerk, 595 S. San Jacinto Avenue, San Jacinto, CA 92583 until 5:00 p.m., on November 16, 2026.
Interested parties may obtain application documents here or at the office of the City Clerk, 595 S. San Jacinto Avenue, San Jacinto, CA 92583. Applicants are required to submit three (3) hard-copies of the application with necessary attachments.
2. SELECTION
The City will review and evaluate each application for eligibility and other factors, then present to the City Council its recommendation for final approval considerations at the December 15, 2026 City Council Meeting, held at the San Jacinto Community Center located at 625 S Pico Ave., San Jacinto CA at 6:30 p.m. The City will then submit its final 2027-2028 CDBG funding selections to HWS no later than January 8, 2028.

APERTURA DEL PERÍODO DE SOLICITUDES DEL PROGRAMA CDBG DE LA CIUDAD DE SAN JACINTO
1. POR MEDIO DEL PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA AL PÚBLICO QUE:
Se informa que el Departamento de Vivienda y Soluciones Laborales del Condado de Riverside (HWS, por sus siglas en inglés) ha iniciado el período de recepción de solicitudes para el Programa de Subvenciones en Bloque para el Desarrollo Comunitario (CDBG, por sus siglas en inglés) del Condado Urbano 2027-2028 para las ciudades participantes y ha publicado su Aviso de Disponibilidad de Fondos.
La Ciudad de San Jacinto recibirá solicitudes en la Oficina de la Secretaría Municipal, ubicada en 595 S. San Jacinto Avenue, San Jacinto, CA 92583, hasta las 5:00 p.m. del 16 de noviembre de 2026.
Las personas y organizaciones interesadas podrán obtener los documentos de solicitud haciendo clik aqui, o en la Oficina de la Secretaría Municipal, ubicada en 595 S. San Jacinto Avenue, San Jacinto, CA 92583. Los solicitantes deberán presentar tres (3) copias impresas de la solicitud, junto con todos los documentos adjuntos requeridos.
2. PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN
La Ciudad revisará y evaluará cada solicitud para determinar si cumple con los requisitos de elegibilidad y otros criterios de evaluación. Posteriormente, presentará sus recomendaciones al Concejo Municipal para su consideración y aprobación final durante la reunión del 15 de diciembre de 2026, que se llevará a cabo a las 6:30 p.m. en el Centro Comunitario de San Jacinto, ubicado en 625 S. Pico Avenue, San Jacinto, CA. La Ciudad presentará a HWS la selección final de proyectos para recibir fondos del programa CDBG 2027-2028 a más tardar el 8 de enero de 2028.
