Community Facilities Districts

The Community Facilities Act of 1982 permits the City of San Jacinto to form Community Facilities Districts (“CFD”) which allows for financing of public improvements and services. The services and improvements that CFDs finance include streets, sewer systems, storm drains, streetlights, and other basic infrastructure, police protection, fire protection, parks, museums and other cultural facilities.
